District Message
Reminders: 9/8/2011
1) The official attendance time is 9:30am. If your child has an appointment please try and schedule it so they arrive to school before 9:15 or check out after 9:30.
2) Background checks are to be completed every year. Once you turn them in, Ms. Lou posts the approved list in a google doc that all teachers have access to.
3) Co-op hours may be fulfilled in a number of ways. If you are available in the afternoons (right before pickup time) you can help teachers clean bathrooms and classrooms. You may buy items off of teacher's wishlists on their websites. For every $10 you spend you get 1 co-op hour. Please email your child's teacher(s) and ask what they need.
4) Thank you for your continued patience in the parking lot. Because we are a KG-12th grade school as a courtesy we allow you to pick up your children no matter what the grade span at 1 time. For some of you this means 2 carpool lines. :( However, please keep in mind that you would have to do multiple carpool lines if you had mukltiple schools to go to! Please do not block the exit gate in front of the red, brick KG building. It blocks the firelane AND backs up KG carpool line that have later pickups because of older siblings attending Treetops.
