How to log on

Welcome to txMyZone. This system provides Web access to school-related information about you, including course requests and graduation plans.

The page that initially opens in txMyZone is the landing page. The following items are displayed on the landing page:

• The current version of the system is displayed in the upper-left corner of the page.

• The Help link is displayed in the upper-right corner of the page.

Click the Help link. Additional information about the individual fields on the pages is displayed.

• The Student Course Requests button is displayed in the middle of the page.

You must log on in order to access the application. Once logged on, you will have the ability to easily switch to the Student Graduation Plan application, if the application is available through your campus.

To log on to the Student Course Requests application:

1. From the txMyZone landing page, click Student Course Requests. The Student Course Requests Login page is displayed.

2. In the Student ID field, type your six-digit student ID. All six digits must be entered, even if your ID begins with a zero.

3. In the Birth Date field, type your birth date in the MMDDYYYY (month/day/year) format.

4. In the Social Security Number field, type the last four digits of your social security number.

5. Click Login to access the Student Course Requests application, or click Home to return to the txMyZone landing page.

6. After 20 minutes of inactivity, you will be logged off from the system and will return to the txMyZone landing page.

To log on to the Student Graduation Plan application:

1. From the txMyZone landing page, click Student Graduation Plan. The Student Graduation Plan Login page is displayed.

2. In the Student ID field, type your six-digit student ID. All six digits must be entered, even if your ID begins with a zero.

3. In the Birth Date field, type your birth date in the MMDDYYYY (month/day/year) format.

4. In the Social Security Number field, type the last four digits of your social security number.

5. Click Login to access the Student Graduation Plan application, or click Home to return to the txMyZone landing page.

6. After 20 minutes of inactivity, you will be logged off from the system and will return to the txMyZone landing page.

If you are unable to log on:

After you click Login, you may receive one of the following errors:

• "The information you entered is incorrect. Please try again."

• You may have entered your ID, birth date, or social security number incorrectly. Try entering the information again, and click Login.

• If you are still unable to log on, you may need to visit with your counselor.

• "No matching student demographic records."

• The application is available through your campus, but the information you entered does not match any school records. Try entering the information again, and click Login.

• If you are still unable to log on, you may need to visit with your counselor.

• "You do not have access to the system at this time. Please check with your counselor."
